News from the Kitchen

We are now serving local wagyu from the Rose Valley near Gerringong. The Schottlander property has a current herd of 70 which are 100% full blood wagyu cattle grazing on its 230 lush acres. Priority has been given to make a tranquil and stress free environment for these spoilt cows. So far we have had our hands on the brisket and we look forward to some more delicious cuts.
