Brent Strong who trained under Dave Campbell at Hungry Duck in Berry and Wharf Rd Restaurant & Bar and is currently Sous Chef at Silos Restaurant will be opening Glenbrae for 4 nights only from
Thursday 3rd of August
Brent will be showcasing his experiences and own talents after working in the Michelin starred Relae in Copenhagen and Restaurant Orana in Adelaide.
Over the four nights, Strong will take his guests on a culinary adventure featuring native, local and sustainable ingredients.
